Aftermarket leaders, BM Catalysts, reflect on successful Automechanika Frankfurt

Europe’s leading manufacturer of aftermarket hot end emissions products, BM Catalysts, has reflected on a successful attendance at Automechanika Frankfurt 2026. The event provided an important platform to strengthen existing relationships and establishing new connections across the European aftermarket.

Held between 8^th-12^th September at Messe Frankfurt, Automechanika Frankfurt remains the largest and most influential automotive aftermarket event for BM Catalysts. Exhibiting allowed BM Catalysts to meet partners across Europe and welcome prospective new ones to the stand to discuss how BM Catalysts can support their growth in an ever-evolving aftermarket.

With the European aftermarket remaining a key area of focus for BM Catalysts, Automechanika was used to reinforce an on-going commitment to support partners with a comprehensive range of emissions control solutions, backed by industry-leading stock holding, manufacturing capabilities and expanding European car parc coverage.

BM Catalysts’ attendance was amplified by a significant New to Range release ahead of the event. The latest release introduced further catalytic converters, DPFs, GPFs, pressure pipes and other emissions components, increasing BM Catalysts’ coverage of the European car parc. The release demonstrated BM Catalysts’ continued investment in product development and ability to respond to the evolving requirements of the aftermarket.

A major talking point throughout the event was BM Catalysts’ brand-new exhibition stand. Designed to provide a fresh, modern and professional environment for engaging with customers, the new stand received widespread positive feedback from visitors and fellow exhibitors for the duration of the event.

Senior Marketing Manager, Tom Valle, said: “We wanted to create a stand that reflected where BM Catalysts is today as a business, while also giving our partners a welcoming environment to meet with our team.”

The response was extremely positive, with many visitors commenting on the stand’s appearance. It was important that the stand had a professional feel while remaining practical and approachable, and we feel we achieved that”, he added.

Beyond the visual impact of the new stand, Automechanika Frankfurt served BM Catalysts with the opportunity to have valuable face-to-face conversations with partners, gaining insights into the opportunities and challenges facing the European aftermarket in its current climate.

Commercial Director, Mark Blinston, highlighted the importance of these relationships and the opportunities created by such an event: “Automechanika Frankfurt is an invaluable event for us.
